Charles "Red" Lawler and his wife Dorothy introduced Oshkosh's best pizza back in 1957. Red's Pizza and Catering has been an Oshkosh landmark ever since. While many others in the pizza business have come and gone, Red's has stood for over half a century delivering local favorites in a family friendly atmosphere with a focus on great customer service. Red passed on the family tradition of quality and service to his son Steve in 1972. Steve knows the value of the best ingredients. Red's continues to locally source the best mozerella and other cheeses. The handmade sausage (yes, it is a family secret recipe) starts with the best meats. As for the sauce and the pizza dough, you better believe they are made on site, from scratch, with only the best ingredients.
