My experience with Redondo Dental Smile was actually better than I expected. I don't have a great deal of comfort with dentists in general so naturally I am anxious. What I needed was deep cleaning which included some local anesthesia. Big needles scare me but this one was OK. Never had any pain and feel comfortable enough to return. more

I have been to many dentists and have finally found my go-to dentist. I have been going to Dr. Nguyen for the past two years. This front desk staff is very professional and friendly. I always get a call with a friendly reminder of my appointment. I can always make my next appointment before leaving the office. The environment is very clean and his technology is state of the art.\r \r Dr. Nguyen is always very patience and professional. He constantly shows and explain the process and procedure to me prior to actually doing the work. I always get the pricing before hand as well.\r \r I like him so so much that I refer my husband there. He has not been to a dentist in the past 15 years. Of course he needed help. Dr. Nguyen never judge or talk down to him about not taking care of his oral hygiene and maintenance. He kept working with my husband and now he has good oral health. more

I have had numerous check-ups and a number of procedures in the office of Dr. Nguyen. His first concern is the wellbeing of his patients. His examinations are thorough and done only with state-of-the-art equipment. This includes digital photography before and after any procedure that involves changes to the appearance or the health state of any area undergoing treatment. Most importantly, he explains every aspect of any procedure that he is suggesting or is about to perform. I find him to be very knowledgeable, experienced, gracious, and professional. I have never been treated as rudely or as unprofessionally as I have by Dr. Nguyen and his staff, with the exception of Mrs. Nguyen the receptionist (who, quite frankly, could do a lot better than Dr. Nguyen...). During my visit the young woman who conducted my x-rays wouldn't even answer basic questions, and at one point simply walked out of the room while I was asking her why she was x-raying so many times and in so many different ways. It was during my encounter with Dr. Nguyen himself that I found the source of this policy of customer mistreatment. Dr. Nguyen immediately started making crass remarks about my 3 cavities, literally calling me ""irresponsible"" and ""dumb"" for not taking care of them in the prior year. Dr. Nguyen then proceeded to, without any explanation or notice, take out a huge camera and start snapping pictures of my and of my mouth, ignoring my questions as to why he would do this. I literally had to stand up and threaten to leave before he would tell me why he was taking all of these pictures, and did so VERY rudely and with the tone of someone speaking to a child. As a grown man with a family this is where I drew the line and walked out. DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, VISIT THIS DENTAL CLINIC!!!!!!
