Leo and his entire staff at Redmond Transmission are extremely professional and very honest. I travel quite a distance to get to them, and in the 6 or 7 years I have used them, I have never regretted it. When you ask him to do a job, he will not fulfill the commitment just for the money but in the best interest of the customer. If I am putting too much money into a car that is not worth it, he will tell me, even though it means that he will lose those jobs. They really are a great group of gentlemen. As a woman going into an all-men surrounding, I have never heard anything disrespectful out of any of them. Except, of course, that Leo is a Cowboys fan. They are genuine and fair; there is nothing negative I can say about them. It is hard to find small businesses with customer-first service constantly. Leo's integrity is extremely present in everything he does, and we are very appreciative of his classic service. more

I've had a couple issues since going to this place. The last straw was when I was quoted an astronomical price for some work. I don't know much about cars and I definitely feel I was being taken advantage of. Save yourself the grief and go elsewhere. Cons: Overpriced, sloppy work more

I took a previous vehicle to these guys a few years ago after messing up my transmission trying to tow a trailer. They did right by me then. Good work, good service. So I needed to get routine service done on my F150, and I also had some performance complaints that were lingering from some bad warranty work done at the Ford Dealership in Issaquah. So I figured these guys had done well by me in the past, so I'd give them another try. Not only did they do an outstanding job on the maintenance and the breaks, but they found and fixed the problem the dolts at Evergreen couldn't. The truck runs great for the first time in 30K miles.
