Michael was fantastic when I asked to get in for an oil change. He made sure my truck was serviced within half an hour.

Worst

Way too expensive, never have I paid that much for an oil change and no free car wash or anything plus I was on empty and when I got in the car the a/c was on full blast

fast and easy 4/2/2014

I took our can in for a smog check. There was no wait and the car was done in about 30 minutes. Two little hiccups, I called and was quoted one price but when I got there it was a little bit more. In their defense the posted pride was what they charged me, but not what I was quoted. Second, several of my warning lights were on afterwards. When I went back in,I was told this is due to the computer testing. Just wish they had warned me before I got back in the car. more

I am currently away on business; during a Skype chat with my wife she mentioned that one of our cars a 2002 Mitsubishi Galant was due for smog. I suggested she take it to Redhawk Auto, about a year ago I took my wifes Ford Expedition to the same location and found the service to be top notch. I also found the staff there very professional and knowledgeable as well. I like the service and found the establishment clean and very customer friendly. During my wife’s most recent visit she echoed the same sentiments. I was in and out for a smog test. Very helpful in assisting me with unhooking my trailer from my truck and hooking back up again. On a prior stop they topped off my oil in an emergency situation !! Very helpful! more

Brakes under Warranty! 2/21/2014

My front tires were shimmying when I applied the brakes after a break job in September of 2012. Redhawk trued the rotors and replaced the pads at no charge, as it was still under warranty. Thanks, guys! more

Friendly & fast service 2/18/2014

I am pretty much a do-it-yourselfer when it comes to my cars, so I have only used these guys to do smog checks so far. However, in the future if I do need professional service they would be at the top of my list more

Courteous but clumsy 2/17/2014

Did a nice job replacing the radiator but overcharged for an oil change. Not only did they overcharge ($60?), but when I returned home and looked under the hood the dipstick was just laying on the side of the engine. more
