We rented a Ditchwitch, were given a lesson on its use and drove off. The machine was very contrary and we were glad to return it. We were charged an extra amount because we did not have the equipment back at 8am even though the person with whom we'd dealt initially had told us that it only had to be back by noon. The owner wouldn't even consider a compromise and went so far as to accuse me of lying. I wouldn't go back there if they had the last piece of equipment on earth to rent. Rented a drum sander-the kid never showed me how to put in the sandpaper-I took 3 sheets of paper with me and when I put one on & turned on the sander it shredded it, next one same thing. So, it sat there all week-end-I had to go to Home Depot and rent one of theirs so that I could complete the job before going back to work. When I returned it and told the kid what happened & because they were closed when I got home Saturday from work & closed Sunday I had no way of getting more paper from them or finding out how to insert the paper so it would stay on. He just stated 'really'. I thought they may offer me a bit of a refund being as I could show where I went to HD & rented one of their drum sanders-but nope; when I thanked him for taking my $120.00 he said you're welcome. I will never go back there and will tell everyone I know not to go there! Spend the gas money and go to Sherman or Denton. Cons: JUST WANT YOUR MONEY more

I highly recommend any of the large chains in Denton. They are easy to work with and want your business. They also have nice new equipment at good prices.
