Excellent 1st time experience 10/17/2005

Myself and 2 friends went last night to try it out. All 3 of us had excellent meals for around $12-$22 each. I wish I could remember the names of our meals, but I can't. Mine was steak, onions, rice, black beans, and 2 stuffed shrimp (sooo good). Another was salmon with ginger, black beans, rice. Most of the food is southwestern. Service was decent. Atmosphere was upscale. Business casual or higher dress recommended, but it's not over the top. more

Awesome southwestern fare! 8/21/2005

Red Mesa serves up some awesome southwestern fare! Great Mexican food and superb salsa! The service was adequate. The restaurant is rather small, but nice and comfortable. I found them to be a little pricey, but the quality of the food was excellent, and worlds above other Mexican restaurants in the area. more

Never a Bad Meal 8/15/2005

Never in my life have I had a bad meal at Red Mesa. Red Mesa is not your typical Tex-Mex restaurant. It is much more elegant, and the food is gourmet. Red Mesa specializes in both seafood and steak. For seafood, I would recommend the sesame salmon. For steak, I would recommend the steak tampoco, which has a delightful sauce containing tropical fruits. more

Great food and employees 6/19/2005

I know some people that work here and the food is fantastic. They always have great service and its a very nice atmosphere. Its also very reasonably priced. I like the food much better than the Mexican chain restaurants that don't really offer tru Mexican cuisines. more
