Worst

On two different occasions repairs or replacements were recommened that I felt were suspicious. I obtained a second opinion and neither issue was confirmed.

Professional Company- Affordable Prices 3/4/2016

RED LINE Heating & Cooling is a professional company; they were the only ones around that had a specific product I needed for my furnace. They provided me with a accurate quote and serviced me within a reasonable time frame. RED LINE Heating & Cooling technicians' were neat, timely, knowledgeable and friendly. In comparison to other companies in the area RED LINE Heating & Cooling were very affordable - other businesses' costs or prices are doubled of what RED LINE Heating & Cooling are offering! more

Red Line always has our back. When we call, which can be frequent due to owning several properties, they always get us on the schedule quickly, treat us with respect and seem to be more reasonably priced than their competition. more

Super Helpful 2/1/2016

I, of course waited until the last minute to schedule a furnace tune up in the fall of 2015. I had the day off and their schedule was full. But without hesitation they carved some time in their schedule and fit me in without even asking. The service I received was over the top friendly and helpful. When they were just about to leave they even handed me a pamphlet with small business owners they trust in our community. I have even had the opportunity to contact one of those on the list and again...super helpful. more

Sales pitch 1/23/2016

On the last visit, the team of two spent a lot of time on a routine furnace inspection and looked at my water heater too. Both units are pretty old but working just fine, including the heat exchanger, which they said they had inspected very carefully due to the age of the furnace. The way they explained it all I felt like they were setting me up to sell me new units in the next year or so. The rough price estimate they gave me for replacing the units seemed awfully high. They were courteous and appeared to do a good, thorough job. But by the time they were done I felt as if I had been delivered a subtle sales pitch, sewing more doubt about my equipment than it probably really merited. more

I was very pleased with everything they did. 1/22/2016

Red Line Heating & Cooling came in and checked my furnace for just a winter check up. There ended up being a problem with the furnace, they had to replace something and he did it quickly and explained it to me very well. I would be happy to recommend them and I will be having them come out again. They have become my regular heating and cooling experts. more

The furnace is still running fine and when they installed it, they gave us helpful tips on how to keep it running smoothly. I have nothing bad to say about them, I would recommend them to anyone. more
