Worst

On two different occasions repairs or replacements were recommened that I felt were suspicious. I obtained a second opinion and neither issue was confirmed.

New Water Heater and replaced Air conditioner motor 7/7/2016

Excellent service for both. I even recommended them to a neighbor who had his air conditioner serviced. Technicians are great and take the time to answer questions and walk you through everything. Highly recommend. more

Great experience with maintenance. 7/5/2016

We use Red Line Heating & Cooling to maintain our heater and air conditioner and have been happy with their service for the most part. They show up when we expect them and when they tell us they will be here. They are usually pretty quick and let us know what is going on with the systems and they are very friendly and easy to work with. The staff is also very good and polite. I would use them again. more

Great satisfaction: Job was done quickly and they cleaned up afterwards. 6/22/2016

RED LINE Heating & Cooling replaced a furnace and air conditioning unit with a new one that met our expectations and substantially reduced our electric and gas bills. I called them because they came with recommendations from other people who had used their service, and we've also had them service the furnace a couple of times. The installation was all done in a day and a half, and that was good. I didn't know how to program the new thermostat, so Kim came over and showed me and my wife how to set the temperature on the unit made by Rheem. As far as the price, it was fair. The last time I bought one it was $1,000 but, when I got this one, people told me to expect $10,000. We paid $9,000 and are happy with it. I wish it wasn't that expensive, but what are you going to do? more

Professional and efficient. 6/20/2016

We had Red Line Heating & Cooling come out to service our HVAC unit because it needed a replacement part. The technician came out and located the problem and then repaired our heater and he did a good job. The tech was friendly and professional and he explained everything to us so we could prevent it happening in the future. I'm very satisfied with his work and would use them again. more

Great and fast work. 6/2/2016

RED LINE Heating & Cooling were able to get on the job right away, I'm a realtor so that was important to me. I needed to get it done quickly to sell the house and they were able to get out there in two days, where other companies quoted me two weeks. They told us they had to order the part and got it in before we closed, so as far as I am concerned they were great. more

Good service but the price was outrageous 6/1/2016

We called RED LINE Heating & Cooling to get an estimate for a tune-up on our heater and they gave us a good price, so we scheduled an appointment with them. Their tech came to our house and did a quick tune-up and fixed the problem but when we got the bill we were upset. The tech quoted us DOUBLE of what they said over the phone and we called their office and asked to speak with his manager. Fortunately the manager was very understanding and gave us a refund, but it felt like they were trying to take advantage of us. Definitely make sure you get an estimate beforehand and make sure they stick with it if you choose to hire them. more

Excellent, professional service. 4/27/2016

The technician called in advance to see if he could arrive early. He did a thorough check on the heating as well as the air conditioning system. He gave a full technical report to my husband (who understands this stuff better than me) and was very polite and courteous through the entire visit. more

Professional and reliable 4/19/2016

We had some issues with the installation of our new heater and furnace but the end results were great. Our heater and furnace are working fine, but they had to come back and replace the circuit board and thermostat because they weren't working. They were very responsive when we told them this and came back shortly after we called, so everything turned out fine in the end. Red Line Heating & Cooling also installed our AC unit and that turned out nicely. It's always a pleasant experience when they come to our home and we're impressed with their speed while responding to issues. more

I have been very pleased with Red Line Heating and Cooling. I got both my air conditioner and furnace from them and they also proved my maintenance and check ups. They have been nothing but polite kind and courteous while I have had them. I would definitely recommend them to other people. Very good company. more

Great service and workers. 3/28/2016

We bought a house that was built in the 1960's and it had had one other furnace besides the original so we had Red Line Heating & Cooling install a new furnace. They did a great job, they didn't scratch anything or damage anything and the got the work done and they even came for a yearly checkup for maintenance on the unit. The workers who came were very polite and friendly, service couldn't have been better. more

Solid AC and heating service. 3/11/2016

We have had Red Line Heating & Cooling out to our home 3 times in the 3 years, once for the furnace, once on the air conditioner and once to work on both. My only thing is when they first come to the door they don't seem very friendly but they obviously do great work and very polite and professional. We have been happy with the work we received so far. more

Good workers, solved my issues. 3/7/2016

Red Line Heating & Cooling came back three times for some minor things that were happening with my furnace. The third time they came back they figured out that there was a lot of debris in the motor of the furnace. They ended up taking apart the motor and cleaned it all out and put it back together and I haven't had any issues since. I had them come in twice previously, once to replace a coupling on the water heater and another time to replace the water heater all together. They are polite and courteous and pretty knowledgeable. more
