The homemade biscuits melt in your mouth! They are served warm, slightly sweet & SO GOOD! Lots of different meat options too. I prefer the pulled chicken, but my boyfriend loves the ribs! more

My new Bar-b-que fav 11/21/2010

Red Hot & Blue catered a lunch at my office and I must say it was an A+! It was my first time to have their bbq, but I will be back soon for some pulled pork and potato salad. DELICIOUS! more

This BBQ is OK, just Ok 7/4/2009

The meat was dry and did not have any smoke flavor at all. On the other hand the potato salad was great the so we're many other sides. Pros: There's big drink portions Cons: the meat was under spiced more

Red Hot and Blue is truly the best bar-b-que restaurant out there. I have personally dined at 5 different locations, all absolutely amazing. \r \r The pulled pork and dry ribs are remarkable. They have the best potato salad anywhere, hands down. Also, their sauce selection is one of a kind. If you are looking for the best bar-b-que anywhere, make sure the first place you look up is Red Hot and Blue. \r \r You definitely will not be disappointed. This is a very good place for your family dinners. You can get everything you need here. Be sure you try their famous Potato Salad, get as much as you can. Believe me, You wont be dissapointed. more

Memphis BBQ 11/13/2006

We have had eaten at the location in Dallas off Central & the one in Plano at Plano Parkway. I like the atmosphere & the BBQ is OK...I have had better at other places, but this place is FUN. \r It does have blues going & it is unique which makes it a good place to go on a date. Almost like being in Memphis 7/14/2006

I am from Memphis and have proclaimed myself a barbeque snob. Red Hot & Blue does an excellent job of creating barbeque that comes as close to genuine Memphis BBQ as possible. I love the atmosphere and the blues music is always a way for me to feel connected to home. I do wish they were open later for the after club crowd..... Best Barbecue in town 6/25/2006

I am originally from memphis -so needless to say ""texas"" barbeque wasn't quite what I was looking for when I think of BBQ. So I reluctantly tried Red Hot & Blue thinking it would be the same ole knock off of the original. To my surprise it was like being at home everything from the atmosphere to the dry rub seasoning on the ribs. They even got the wet naps and sweet tea right. Anytime I am feeling home sick I just drive around the corner to my new favorite BBQ restuarant in texas. Pros: Great baked beans and pork shoulder Cons: Can't say there is one more
