I used Red Carpet Limo for my wedding. The stretch SUV limo I was shown upon booking was in excellent condition. The limo that picked myself and my husband up the of my wedding was in only fair condition- visible dents, rust, scratches, ceiling lining was torn, broken radio and broken heat. The driver upon drop off demanded a tip from my husband. When we were picked up later that night by a different driver, a stretch town car was provided. When asked about the stretch SUV, the driver insisted that was an SUV! The limo was dirty, it had used cups scattered all over the bar area and makeup left on the seat by a previous passenger. The divider and heat were also broken in this limo. When this driver dropped us off, he also rudely demanded a monetary tip. I sent an email to Mike, the owner, later in the week explaining my experience with his company. He quickly emailed me back 3 times, insisting I call him immediately. He then called and proceeded to call me a liar to my husband. He threatened lawsuits if we left him any negative reviews online, throwing around the fact that he is a ""retired police officer"". Upon leaving a review- Mike decided to call my number 9 times over the course of only 5 minutes!! He also called my mother in law (multiple times as well), who already received a refund from Red Carpet Limo. She rented a party bus from this company (also with a broken heater) and the bus broke down. She was told that it was written in the contract that she would not be entitled to a refund for any mechanical issues and they thus refused to refund her money. When she reviewed the contract, she found that there was no such clause and she fought to get her money back. Mike thought that paying my mother in law was ""hush money"" and that no reviews would be written if she got her refund. She too was harassed and threatened that they would re-charge her credit card because poor reviews were left. I'm baffled...all they're doing is getting themselves into deeper trouble!!!!
