Red Carpet Car Wash &Smog

Wow! I just bought two of the coupons to support a fundraising event and after reading these reviews, I am on the learly side to say the least. I am going to go and use my two coupons and pray that all goes well. \r \r After all, a company that allows this type of coupon discount for fundraising cannot be all bad:) more

Wow!! I went to have my car washed here yesterday...12-01-10, and sure, my car had been sitting for awhile, had leaves and dirt. But it sure didn't need to be washed out on the INSIDE with a pressure washer!!!!!! There really isn't anytime a carpeted Jeep or any car that has windows should be washed out on the inside with a pressure washer! I am furious! My whole interior is wet and it is winter! I really don't know what to do. My Jeep is going to get mildew. This IS THE WORST place to take your car. They didn't even get the undercarriage clean.Please don't go there expecting good service. I wish I hadn't stepped foot there:( more

I took my car to the Blackstone location to get a smog and a wash before I went on vacation. They did a great job cleaning the car, including stealing my GPS from the glove box. I admit it was my fault by tempting the human garbage with my personal property but I was in a rush and forgot about it. I just find it sad that we live in a society where people are given a job and then steal from the people that make their job possible. I hope that the next carwash I see taking donations to pay for a funeral is for the scumbag that works at Red Carpet Car Wash who took my GPS. That would be justice! more

I have been a regular customer at Red Carpet Car Wash since 1996. I found their service to be so excellent over the years I bought a regular membership for a few years and now have a Silver membership. Not only do I have the car washed there, but I have the oil changed, coolant changed, belts replaced, etc.\r Their staff are courteous, respectful and efficient. The full service car wash are RCCW is totally awesome! Their teamwork is amazing...they clean it inside & out in less than 30-45 minutes..usually takes me hours to clean the car! Now I have more time to enjoy life! Thanks Red Carpet Car Wash!!! more

I was just leaving from hometown buffet getting in my car with my family which was right next store to the Red Carpet Car Wash when one of the employee approach me about my son throwing rocks over the wall I told my son right there do not do that so I thought that was it about that she continually kept starring at me and my children like I was causing trouble more than doing her work she then after the fact she told me went over to the manager to tell him and the manager totally made a big scenery about by telling me I need to watch my kids and he told me that he was going to call the police if I don't hurry up and get in my car and leave he send other employees from Red Carpet to come around there and get my license plate I felt so humuliated in front of all six of my kids and niece and nefew that and husband that I broke out in tears what make it ao bad there was nothing but wood chips on my side where my car was park. more

I've been a customer of Red Carpet Car Wash since their arrival in Fresno many years ago. I've always taken my new cars there and been relatively pleased with the thoroughness of the company's work. Today I opted for the $5.99 ""ride & shine"" service where you put your cash into a machine, get a receipt from the machine, wait at a blinking red light until it blinks green, and drive your vehicle through the car wash yourself. There was a long line at the ""ride & shine"" lane, and the cash machine was broken. No problem as a technician was taking the cash and writing a receipt on the windshield, processing cars through as quickly as possible. My turn came and then I was waiting at the blinking red light. After about 90 seconds it blinked green and I pulled forward as I have hundreds of times in the past. Suddenly to my left, a young car wash employee in a customer's vehicle honked at me --- he was about to pull forward and hadn't seen me. As I stopped at the entrance to the car wash tunnel, he stopped right behind me, strode over to my car, and accused me of not having waiting for the green light. This young man who is young enough to be my grandson was apparently upset at having almost damaged a customer's vehicle and was trying to blame me. I informed him that I DID wait for 90 seconds until the light flashed green, and then he backed off. Two hours after this occurred, I'm still shocked at the intensity of his anger toward me. Although I have nothing negative to say about the quality of Red Carpet's car washes, this episode with the employee has spooked me, and I will not be returning. more

To begin, i will admit, my car was in a bit of a state, not because it was necessarily dirty, but because i had been nominated to be DD one night, and the next day, of course you expect a little wear and tear on your car...i had heard good things about red carpet so i took my car there, and honestly, the people that i actually dealt with directly (ordering/paying), were friendly and weren't trying to sell you up to most expensive car wash...it was great. Then after waiting for a bit, i actually see my car and they did THE WORST job my poor car has ever experienced, i got ""the works"" package, and i do NOT recommend it to ANYONE, they did a horrible job of wiping down the interior...i still had dust and smudges everywhere on the windows and the radio area, and the outside of the car...good god! They left water on the car and it spotted all over the top, and either the people working on my car were just, not feeling the job, or the wax that they use is extrememly cheap, but, whatever the case, i had HUGE streak/smear looking things all over the car. HUGE! It looks like someone rubbed my car down with wax paper and just, left it like that...ugh. Also, they had closed the door with a towel wedged through it, and were unable to get the door open again for a good 3 min. because of this, i guess they figured the towel would stop it from shutting completely, but, instead it just wedged the door at a strange angle and got me even more upset to watch them try and pry the door open to get their towel out...\r \r maybe i just went on a bad day, but, i never intend to take my car to this establishment again, and i will definately not be recommending it to people. Pros: friendly customer servivce staff, not pushy when selling type of carwash, nice waiting area Cons: either cheap wax or inexperienced washing crew = horrible job cleaning the car!!! more

I really like going to this car wash because of their very fast service. I especially like going online to their website http://www.redcarpetcarwash.com and getting their latest coupon before I leave the house. They are very efficient and courteous. It's best to give them a tip at the end. It always makes them smile. more
