After being told numerous times that I owed a debt I knew I didn't have, I was later called by R.P.M. about the debt. After sending in the proper paperwork I was finally able to get it taken care of. more

I received a call from Receivables Performance Management. They informed me of the debt I owed and were very helpful in assisting me resolve it. more

RPM's friendly service made the uncomfortable process of collections much less difficult than in my past experiences. They were professional, courteous, and straight to the point. more

I was not able to pay my debt initially because I did not have all the money that I needed to pay the full balance. RPM allowed me to take care of my debt with payments over time as well as got me a discount. more

Although I was not able to work out a payment plan with my previous cell phone provider, RPM was willing to do so. They made the process quick and painless. more

This business I will agree with so many others NEEDS to be shut down by WA Attorney General's office for violating many of the RCW's under section 19.16.250! He threatens constantly(being Mr. Yonek who sees fit to just about as he pleases, including talking to other people who happen to answer the phone!) about how he will rip you right back into court and send you to jail for not ""paying up"", calls more than 4 times a day on one phone number and then turns and calls again on your cell phone leaving all sorts of nasty ""if you don't call me back"" threats there!? I had just gotten out of surgery when he started in on me, and by law, I told him I wasn't able to speak with him due to medications I was taking. This didn't bother him one bit! He rambled on and on till I had to just hang up, he wasn't listening to one thing I said anyways? Rude is an understatement! For businesses who think this man will do you right, you will be associating with someone who will ruin your business in the long run! His tactics are tasteless, his personality is lacking, and at the rates he jumps those prices to...you may NEVER see your money! Most will go to him anyways! You will do better to work things out directly with the person in question and make arrangements for payment, than waste your time and reputation with this company! In short, this company makes the top of the list of horrid Washington company lists. more

CIC, Credit International Corp. and Jeffery Yonig have failed to do their research, My EX-WIFE bounced a check on a closed account after our divorce and came after me for retribution, now im getting the short end stick, there attitudes and lack of professionalism will cost them in the end. i am currently asking for all those victom of their illegal activities to come forth and lets join together and file a CLASS ACTION SUIT against Jeffery Yonig and any associated companies. I will be starting a Facebook page for the sole purpose of others to voice thier agravation and to stratigize a plan of attack. more

This company operates under the umbrella Credit International company, but uses CCV and Receivables Performance Management as their collection company names that come on your statements. They work with the offices of Jeffrey Yonek when they file papers in court. Pros: n/a Cons: evil nasty illegal practices more

is this company the same as Credit International Corp?? i've been tryingt o find out more information on a judgement filed against me in pierce county through Credit International at this same exact address & the court clerk has nothing.. I called the number 888-452-9188 to get more information on this judgment but the woman wouldnt give me any information at all.. the atty name on my writ is Jeffrey Yonek.. looks like i need a lawyer.. more

I had the displeasure of being contacted by RPM to 'settle' a debt. Basically called me a deadbeat, which I clearly am not, and highly unprofessional and rude. Once they 'settled' they called back to determine when I was going to pay the rest (settled, ha!). They may have a vested interested in collecting for their clients, but no one should be able to violate the law like these people do to perform their 'job'. Ilk like this should be banned from using any type of communication device ever and their 'agency' which purports a new type of 'collection model' should be sued and forced to either become law abiding citizens like the rest of us or close their doors (where are the Sarbox and FCC lawyers when you need them)?. Cons: rude, insulting, poor communications skills more

Are these words you want associated with your business? Don't use this service they are building up to a big fall just check them out there are plenty of complaints on RPM, receivables PE. P.S. They where paid off 9/07 and the account has not been updated yet. Setting me up to pay more next month to avoid credit charges. What a bunch of yahoos. 11/07 Pros: Very communicative (Lots of calls and hang ups) Cons: Don't have people skills, No ethics, very rude, can't be trusted. Wont give simple information. more
