WE LOOKED AT A DUPLEX AND TOLD THE AGENT OUR SITUATION. WE WERE UNMARRIED, POOR CREDIT, AND ONLY ONE OF US WORKING. WHEN WE WENT TO APPLY, WE EACH PAID OUR CREDIT CHECK MONEY AND WERE TOLD FLAT OUT THE MOST YOU WOULD HAVE TO DO IS PAY A DOUBLE DEPOSIT. THE NEXT DAY WE GOT A CALL THAT BECAUSE ONLY ONE OF US WERE WORKING AND WE WERE UNMARRIED WE WOULD HAVE TO PAY DOUBLE THE DEPOSIT AND THEN ANOTHER DEPOSIT ON TOP OF THAT FOR THE BAD CREDIT. IF WE WOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD THE TRUTH ABOUT THE UNMARRIED SITUATION TO BEGIN WITH WE WOULD NOT HAVE EVEN APPLIED AND NOW WE ARE OUT $70. THIS COULD HAVE GOTTEN US A WEEKS WORTH OF GROCERIES OR TWO WEEKS WORTH OF GAS. I AM VERY ANGRY ABOUT THIS SITUATION AND HOW WE WERE FALSELY LED TO PAY MONEY, KNOWING FULL WELL WE WOULD NOT HAVE QUALIFIED.
Cons: THE PROPERTIES LAWN WAS LONG AND LOTS OF WEEDS, SEEMED TO BE WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO MOVE IN SO THEY WOULDN'T HAVE TO TAKE CARE OF IT.
