I have had a mixed experience with Real Property Management of West San Fernando Valley. It was a great first year, horrible second half, and am now arriving to a terrible ending....

Adel and the staff at RPM are awesome, professional and easy to work with. I am both a tenant in one of their properties as well as an owner of a property they are leasing for me. Both were smooth and easy and offer direct debiting and depositing. Would recommend them. more

I have worked with Adel and his company for almost half a year now. All I can say is that they have done an amazing job for me. They told me what to do to make my house more rentable. I did exactly what they told me to do. My house was rented within weeks after I handed it over to Adel. I do not have to deal with all the stresses being a property owner. It's pretty much hassle free so far. If I have a question, I text Adel and he texts back within minutes. As a business owner, I know he really cares about his business and clients. I highly recommend Adel and his company. If you have a property to rent, give them a try. You will not regret. more

They are true to their name. REAL property management is a REAL company who helps REAL people with REAL benefits. I have always struggled to find a true company to rent a home. Once I found this team they were positive and helpful from the beginning. They helped me get my property out and fixed right away and tenants with offers as soon as I was ready to rent my property. I highly recommend the services of real property management. You wont regret ! more

I am so happy that I chose Adel and his team to manage my property. He really knows what he is doing, he is very pleasant to deal with, and he takes care of things quickly. I am always able to get a hold of them, day or night, and 90% of the time it's actually Adel himself. I am a very busy person and just knowing that his team is on top of everything gives me much needed piece of mind. I already recommended two friends of mine to them and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and hard working property management team. more

Repair requests were handled quickly & professionally, our departure was handled respectfully and our security deposit returned just as we expected well within the time frame promised.
