I think they went out of business. Showroom is closed, and receptionist says they don't serve the area anymore.

Very uncomfortable / high-pressure 9/19/2012

A Re-Bath salesman came to our home and used high-pressure and highly-manipulative techniques to try to get my husband and I to commit to their offer the night of the estimate. The presentation took 2.5 hours and clearly was not altered at all even though we were trying to hold/entertain a 2 year old who we had to keep up past her bedtime because the guy just kept going on and on. Most of this presentation was spent watching a powerpoint of information I already knew about the company from researching them on the internet. From the beginning the salesman seemed more interested in interrogating us over other options we were considering and giving me his opinion that other remodeling companies we had received bids for (and we didn't give him names of companies because that felt awkward) were not trustworthy or respectful because they were taking a couple days between taking the measurements and the final bids. He asked me "how does that make you feel that they didn't respect your tim more

He asked me ""how does that make you feel that they didn't respect your time enough to give you a number?"" I thought to myself ""it doesn't bother me that a company understands that remodeling a historic 1947 home's bathroom requires a little more thought than taking measurements of surface materials and plugging it into a 10 cell pricing chart (like Re-Bath did) and it definitely isn't good business practice to make a major home improvement decision without investigating a few different options. The salesman wasted so much of the presentation trying to bad-mouth who he assumed was bidding on our remodel I finally just said that I'd prefer to focus on what Re-Bath had to offer. It was clear to me from the salesman's behavior he must have received some extra incentive for signing a person up the day of the presentation. He was clearly angry with me when I told him we would be taking a week to look at all of our options before making a decision. He actually said, ""so you've just been wasting my time, then?"" more

So far I love the look of my new bathroom. It was all stress free, with the exception of one part. I wish I had more time to inspect the shower after the installation. It felt a little rushed to sign off, but I was a bit stressed that day. I'm not sure if it was my own stress, or that they got in and out so quickly. After the fact everything was ok, and no problems surfaced. I am 100% satisfied with my bathroom. I look forward to getting the kids and guest bath done down the line. more

Awesome Showroom 7/12/2012

The wife and I originally heard about Rebath of Idaho from a TV Home Show. I don't recall what channel it was on any longer. After seeing the show, we went to their showroom in Meridian. I expected this to be rough, it can just be a pain dealing with all the little points that come up. There was none of that with Rebath, they are truly unique in my opinion. I wish everything was like their process. We picked what we wanted, set up an install date, the guys came when they said they would and did the installation. DONE Thanks Rebath! more

I guess its been over a year now since Rebath did our bathroom remodeling project. I just started using City Search, and thought I should leave some feedback for other users. Gloria and I chose Rebath because of the prices, warranty, and their reputation. Sales guys were great and the installers were outstanding. The whole transformation was awesome. They explained everything and were very conscientious in all that they did. more

Pleased with my new Bath Tub and Accessories 4/24/2012

I never did get into the showroom at Rebath of Idaho, they had someone come out to the house. He was a good guy. After getting a few more estimates I chose to go with them for two reason. 1. The product was really nice looking and very affordable. 2. They were so much better than the competition when it came to the purchasing decisions, it seemed an easy choice. The install guys were very good and did a very good job. It was quick and they were really clean, I was surprised how clean they were able to be during this kind of install. Rebath of Idaho, did a great job with my bathroom remodel, I am so very pleased with my new tub and the accessories that came with it! more

Great Prices, Incredible Warranties 4/23/2012

These guys are great! After getting several estimates for our bathroom we chose to go with Rebath for our bathroom remodel. One of the things that kicked us over the edge towards Rebath was the portable showroom they brought to the house. What sealed the deal were the great prices and amazing warranty that they offer. The workers that showed up were friendly and finished in a surprisingly quick time. Their work is a nice change in our main bathroom. We are really happy with our new bathroom, Thanks Rebath! more
