Re-Bath

The man who did the work was excellent. They called right before they were about to come over everyday. They finished the job ahead of schedule. They cleaned up very nicely. Anytime I had an issue with anything he would come over and resolve it. They don't mess around or put you off, they follow up and make sure to help you out. more

We had Re-Bath do work for us about 8 years ago. I called to find out what kind of caulking to use due to some mold on the base wall. They would not tell me what to get but offered to come out to our house and redo ALL the caulking !!!!!! I also could not get the prongs of the shower head to look clean and was given a new shower head !!! This is GREAT customer service.. I will refer you to anyone that is thinking about bathroom remodel.. more

We recently had our bathroom remodled by Re-Bath of the Triad. We were extremely pleased with every aspect of the job from the sales presentation to the completed job. All the people we worked with were very professional. The work was started and completed on time and those doing the remodeling were very effecient. They did excellent work and did a good job of cleaning up and removing old materials and trash. I would definately recommend Re-Bath to anyone looking to remodel more

My experiance with this company is simply great. My bathroom looks great the installer cleaned up every day. If this company did any other type of remodeling I would use them for that as well. more

I talked to a young lady at a home improvement store and she told me how much she liked the work that Re-Bath did, so I called them because I needed to have mine done too. I'm on a fixed income, so I thought it was kind of expensive, and I was kind of dissatisfied with the time it took for them to get here, but the workmanship was absolutely excellent, and the young man who did the work was very clean, and a super nice guy. There was one problem that I had to call them about. I talked to some arrogant guy whose mannerisms on the phone I did not like, but I still appreciated all the other things they did, and other than that it was a good experience as a whole. ReBath had the complete tearout of my old bathtub and old bathroom floor complete and finished with the install of a new walk in shower in less than three days, you can't beat that, Aaron done an amazing job...! more

I used Re-Bath for an investment property. The tub was peeling, and I had looked into glazing but I wasn't real impressed with those alternatives. I got a quote from some bath fitters instead, and Re-Bath won. It all worked out fine, and the tenant is just thrilled to death with it! more

Re-Bath was very good. Instead of 4 days, it took 3, so they finished it quicker than they had even said. I did have one thing that was put in backwards, and whatever it was in the shower it was turned the wrong way and I was getting water in the basement. It was like that years before, so I didn't think too much about it, though I did think a new tub would take care of it. As soon as I reported the problem, they came that every same day, I think, and turned it around so that now everything is fine. more

I absolutely would recommend Re-Bath! This bathroom is the easiest thing I've ever cleaned, and bathroom are hard in the sense that you just labor over keeping them clean, but this is so easy! I love the products and everything. It's just fantastic. As far as dealing with the people at Re-Bath, they listened to me. I didn't want just this or that, I wanted something outside of the box, and they worked with me. I was able to get everything I wanted, and they did it like I wanted it too. more

Re-Bath of the Triad put in a bathroom granite counter-top, an evaluated toilet, and a walk-up tub. Everything went very well and really smoothly. They are the best you can have! I have no complaints. They worked exactly the way they should work. They were completely aware of my house at all times and covered everything with cloth and were very professional throughout the entire job. more

After seeing their advertisements, I called Re-Bath of the Triad for an estimate on some work in my home. I ended up using them to put in two bathrooms, and can say with confidence that they do excellent work. The salespeople and the installers are friendly, competent people. You can't ask for better. Working with Re-Bath involved no trouble at all for me. Their work was exceptional, and when it came time for the city inspector to come out, everything passed without a problem, both times. There was also no cleanup required on my part. They were great about putting down drop cloths and removing trash and debris. Our three bathrooms turned out amazing!! I really did not know how things were going to turnout with the colors and wall designs that were had chosen. The finished results were better than expected!! Aaron did a fantastic job and turned each bathroom into a true custom finish. Our salesman, Bill Hall was there every step of the way for any questions. Scott was also very helpful in planning the scheduled dates and was there to answer questions concerning cleaners for the surfaces. Would highly recommend Re-Bath to friends and family!!! We had a horrendous experience with another company, and suffered a huge financial loss. We were battle scarred, and suspicious, and we did not go into this happily. Re-Bath of the Triad had to come in and redo what the other company had done, and they had to deal with the mess they left behind as well. When Re-Bath came in, they gave us lots of consideration and patience because we were apprehensive about it after our first experience with the other company. But Re-Bath did it fast, they did it quickly, and we were very pleased with the choice of materials we had. If we had called them first, it would have been done. It was wonderful, particularly after having a really, really bad experience. We certainly would recommend anybody who is looking to Re-Bath. more

Re-Bath of the Triad remodeled two bathrooms for us. They brought them from the 1970's into this century. They truly improved the value of our home. We are very impressed with the work they did. Our bathrooms are so beautiful now. They are such enjoyable rooms to be in; relaxing retreats for us. Over the years, a few small issues came up and I called them to find out how much things would cost etc. Well, they told me that I had a lifetime guarantee plan and they'd schedule a time to fix things right away at absolutely no cost to us. So, they honestly stand behind their work. Missy was extremely wonderful and personable. She was so helpful while working with us and was always ready to answer our questions. Wade came out to work on our bathrooms, and later to fix the issues. He is one of the most stable workers there. He really represents the company. He was so careful and thoughtful with tracking mud in and out of our house, even though I told him not to worry about it, he did. He worked hard and cleaned up and hauled away the trash when he was done. We were so impressed with all of their employees. I truly believe that a good way of judging a business is by the people they employee. Everyone at Re-Bath was so genuine, excellent at what they did and provided wonderful service. A true testament to their business. I highly, highly recommend this business! more
