Re-Bath of the Triad renovated a bathroom for us, and the installer was extremely good. He was by far one of the easiest people I've worked with. We had no issues whatsoever with the installation. This was the second time we used Re-Bath. We used them about 15 years ago to put in a whirlpool tub. They did a good job with that too. When we had an issue with the caulking about six years after it was installed, they came out to fix it, no questions asked. That's why we gave them a call when we were getting to do the next batch. Their service is extremely good! My wife liked the fact that they had options you could go with, but they didn't overwhelm you with too many options. There were maybe eight colors, not 50 where we couldn't make up our minds. more

Re-Bath made my bath more accessible in no time at all! 2/27/2014

My experience with Re-Bath of the Triad was absolutely wonderful! The reason I contacted them was because I am handicapped. I needed to make my bathroom more accessible for me. They came out very quickly and explained everything they were going to be doing. I was surprised how quickly they were able to get all of the work done. The entire staff is professional and courteous. I absolutely love my new bathroom. Best of all is that it is so much easier for me to use. Thanks again Re-Bath! more

Professional bathroom renovation. Go with Re-Bath! 1/24/2014

Re-Bath of the Triad built a new bathroom for us. They had a designer come and help us choose the different components for it. It took about a week for them to complete the project. The workers were very professional. We would recommend their services. Go with Re-Bath! more

Re-Bath of the Triad is absolutely A1. Their service is straight-up, efficient, and professional. The salesperson didn't try to upsell me at all and the technician did a flawless job. They were both honest, kind, and courteous. I'm so happy with my shower that I've recommended Re-Bath of the Triad to a few of my friends. The materials they use are high-quality and they're very careful about installation. They did the job with no hassle whatsoever and left no mess at all. I had a really pleasant experience with them. more

Very professional job done. 10/25/2013

My husband is disabled and was having trouble getting in and out of the tub in the house we just bought, so we had Re-Bath of the Triad install a new shower. It went well. They are really nice people and the customer service was excellent. The guy that installed it was real nice. I'd go back there and see what he was doing and he would explain it and everything. He came when he was scheduled to and was a very professional worker. He cleaned up everything and put down paper so he wouldn't mess the floor up. The shower looks really good. The service overall was great. In fact, we had one place where water was coming out under the door. I called them and they came out when they said they would and fixed the problem. Everything is working well now. more

Re-Bath of the Triad did exactly what I had asked them to do. It turned out to be very good and they cleaned up very well afterward. They were working on my shower. They were very courteous and friendly. They have a very good product and good installers. The shower looks just fine. more

I have a small shower and Re-Bath of the Triad made it bigger and put a seat in it. The installation went well. Everyone did a good job; they got it installed. There wasn't one problem I had. They figured the price and nobody changed it, either. more

Gave me beautiful bathrooms. Good workmanship. 7/24/2013

Re-Bath of the Triad has done everything well. The two guys who did the work were excellent, and they and Brian gave me bathrooms that look so good, I don't think you could ask for anything better. There is one glitch with the flooring in my second bathroom cracking and popping when I walk on it because they had to cut the floor out and re-plumb it all for the shower, but hopefully they can come back out and fix that for me soon. more

It was good. The service from Re-Bath of the Triad was very professional. We just had a shower put in instead of the tub. I am handicapped, and it got to where I couldn't get into the shower. This one is very easy to get in and out of. more

A very good experience 7/23/2012

Re-Bath of the Triad installed a standing shower and replaced a toilet in my bathroom. Everything was just terrific. Things were explained well to us. They said they'd be here at a certain time and they were. They were prompt. They were reliable. They were clean. I really could not have asked for more. more

I thought the installer from Re-Bath of the Triad that did our work seemed very knowledgeable and professional. He stuck the plan and did a remarkable job. I was really surprised that one person could do this much. He was on time, stayed right with the work schedule, and we couldn't have asked for more. We are very satisfied with the way the bathroom looks and everything. We had it completely redone. It took less four days for him to complete the whole thing, and we're very pleased with the guy, the experience, and the way the bathroom turned out. Cina Hayes more

Re-Bath of the Triad are extremely nice. The work is fantastic. They are just really good. They leave everything clean and answered any and all questions I had. I would highly recommend them to anybody. I called Re-Bath and another company for quotes. They were really close in pricing, Re-Bath was a little bit cheaper. However, the other company would have needed to get an electrician in to run a line for the jets, and Re-Bath could do that all for me. It was a turnkey job. I only had to be here to let them in. We love it, my whole family gets to enjoy the tub now. We are very happy with the end product. Wanda Hall more

Excellent service, friendliness and workmanship 5/14/2012

Re-bath re-did our bathroom several years ago. We've called them several times for minor issues. Recently when calling attention to a crack in the floor tile, the representative suggested the company replace the tile with a more current quality product. We agreed, chose the tile and the work is now complete and we love it. They did a great job and were very courteous! Thank you Re-Bath. Highly recommend their work and warranty. more

Re-Bath of the Triad was wonderful. Every person that I met while doing business with them was great. The work was neat, clean, and done right. My new bathroom is absolutely gorgeous. They are expensive but the work is excellent and beautiful. When I get ready to do my other bathroom they will be the one to do it. We went by their showroom in Greensboro. After that they sent Tim out to our place to discuss the remodel. It was all very easy. I also liked the lifetime guarantee, which is unheard of. He came back out and made sure I was satisfied, and that the work was completed as discussed. Tim was such a nice guy. more

The guy from Re-Bath of the Triad who came out and sold the product to us was really nice. We originally wanted a walk-in tube, but went with the shower. The salesman was not upset to change the order. The installer put something down on the floor and took all his mess away when he was done. Everything looks really nice. more

Re-Bath of the Triad did a great job. It was a good experience even with the sales man, whom I worked closely with. I had a disabled veterans benefit and they filled out all that paperwork and worked it out. They met the price I needed and it was a good price. The worker was excellent. He took his time and did it right. I liked the work because they replaced everything in the wall including the plumbing. more
