My Expedition was in a front-end 6/6/2012

My Expedition was in a front-end collision that required the replacement of the hood, bumper, grille, and one fender. RCI replaced and repaired everything affected by the accident and it came out looking better than before. I went ahead and paid extra to have the entire truck painted and the paint came out practically flawless as well. The prep and body work was definitely on point. The only issue I could find was a bit of primer overspray on the trailer hitch, which was promptly cleaned when I pointed it out to the owner of the shop. Overall, it was a great experience and I will recommend RCI to anyone for collision repair. more

Great Experience/Great Work/Happy Customer 9/22/2011

Couldn't ask for a better experience. I know people only write reviews when they are mad but I'm a firm believer in sharing a good experience also. It's a tough thing to deal with when you get in an accident but the staff at RCI really helped to make it as easy and painfree as possible. They came to my work and picked my car up for me since i couldnt take off. They called me several times to inform me about my repairs and how far along my car was in the process. When i went to pick it up, it was washed & vacuumed and looked even better than it did before my accident. I highly recommend them. Great job RCI. Keep up the goo more

EXCELLENT BODY SHOP!!! 11/11/2010

I hit a deer 2 weeks ago and had lots of damage. I had heard from a friend that RCI did a fantastic job on her car. My insurance company tried to get me to go to some shop closer to my house but I told them I wanted the car to go to RCI and they had to comply. My car was done very quickly and it looks beautiful. I think it is even better than before the deer hit. And they cleaned everything so nicely, even on the inside. It smells fantastic! Thanks RCI. Hopefully I won't need them again, but if I do, that is where I will be taking my vehicles. more
