RBM is such a well run dealership. I have taken my car in a few times for oil changes and minor warranty repairs. I have always been impressed, from the moment I have walked in the door. There is a fresh continental breakfast with coffee waiting, if you choose. Someone always greets me upon entering and they make sure that your advisor is always the same person each time, so they are familiar with you and your car. They always wash the car before returning to you. They do offer loaner cars, but each time I left my Mercedes for warranty work or minor repairs I was given a Taurus station wagon, while others received a Mercedes loaner. I never understood that, but probably would not purchase my next vehicle there, due to that.
