My SAAB 95 has been a mechanics worst night mare, however when the guys at Ray Import tell me that they have found the issue and are correcting it, I know they are being honest and I can always receive satisfaction and a fair price, without any hidden cost. This was the first time that I have used Ray's for repairs on my wife's 06' Passat. I am very pleased with the service that i received. They understood what I wanted and was able to accommodate. The repairs took a little longer but Ray's was accomadating and provided a rental car until the repairs were finished. i will definitly be going back. more

I've always done my own oil change, but at the price they charged me, it was worth the couple of bucks to have certified experts work on my 2010 BMW 550i. Previously I owned a 2006 BMW 325i that I took to a corner street repair shop in the Boro and I was charged an arm and a leg for labor. Trust me you'll save a couple hundred bucks a year on maintenance by taking your vehicle to Ray's Imports. For example, last maintenance i had was a simple oil change. Although I was only charged for an oil change, my Tech, I think he was Laos, that worked on my car pointed out things i needed to look out for and the degree of attention i needed to give them. Rear driver tire needed to be changed immediately, front right tire has a screw but not loosing pressure, cabin filter needs to be changed, serpentine belt starting to show wear but not yet a major concern. Let me reiterate all suggestions w/0 pressure to have them fix it. Got my tire changed, probably saved me a tire change on the highway on my way to Florida, not to mention possible wheel damage. These guy are awesome, and if you have a car that you love, take it to a place where they're technically sound and the staff are guys you wouldn't mind having a couple of cold ones with. more

From the inquiry I made with Joe via telephone about my SAAB95 starting issue, until service was completed(within 48hrs), I am 100% satisfied with the service that I received from Ray's Import. They found the issue and corrected it with just as they promised, no issue with the cost of replacing the fuel pump, because they are honest and fair about the costs up front. This is my first experience with a European car, so I must say that Ray's Imports is definitely my choice for my SAAB95!!! l more

I part was put on that i didn't tell them to put on and was charged for it. the flex disc was put on in the rear of the car. i was charged $354.44 for labor iam due a refund. it has been 6 weeks still no refund. you guys have my number. I don't guess you guys need the money. At this time I cannot recommend anyone. I hope that I can change my opinion about you guys. I feel in my heart I was taken advantage of. Thank You more

I had taken my car to two local mechanics who said they could diagnose and repair the ABS brake system in my car. After many calls to their shops over a 2 month period asking for a status and being told my car was "next", I found Ray's. I had to drive 2 hours to get there but the drive was well worth it. I dropped my car off, it was repaired and I picked it up all within 7 days. The cost of the repair was very reasonable. I also appreciate the way I was treated with respect. I wasn't just another dumb lady who didn't now what she was talking about. Thanks, Joe! more
