Super nice and great work! 1/12/2014

Had to have some minor work on a dinged up door. Steve was awesome to work with and was able to get me in quickly. Finished the job earlier than anticipated. Provided me with some touch up paint to take home and touched up a few minor spots that weren't part of the original issue. Would highly recommend and would use again! more

Professional service and great value! 1/9/2014

I've just used Ray's Auto Body for the first time, after "interviewing" two other highly rated shops. I was impressed from the start by Steve's professional and caring approach. This experience carried through in all aspects - getting a quote, scheduling the work, and the repair work itself. Everything was done as discussed, with no surprises or extra costs. To top it off, the cost was very competitive - due in part to a bit of extra work by Steve to buy just the parts needed, whereas other shops took the "easy" way in buying whole assemblies where just one part was required. I'll definitely use them again and refer others that need auto body work! more

Ray's Auto Body did painting and work on my truck after I got into an accident. They replaced some parts and did good repairs overall. more

Excellent experiences all around 1/3/2014

Ray's Auto Body saves me time and money every time I use them. They stick to their word when it comes to the time needed for the job and the quality of the work is just fantastic. They fixed my 2012 Chevrolet Tahoe when someone accidentally backed up into it. They repaired some little dents on a leased vehicle for a very reasonable price. They also fixed my Mustang with great care. The service has always been excellent and I've never questioned their great workmanship. They're also conveniently located. I'd highly recommend them. more

The worker at Ray's Auto Body did what he said he'd do. This was the 2nd time I had worked with them but I was just as pleased with their effort this time as last time. Overall I was very satisfied with the results. more

Good work, always accommodating 11/25/2013

We have been going to Ray's Auto Body for years. We use them for body work when needed. They give us a fine experience each time. The professionalism of the staff is good. They are always able to accommodate us. They take care of any dealings with our insurance company. The most recent work they did for us was minor, so it came out of our deductible, but they made the process smooth for us. Through the years, they've provided good work for us. We would recommend others to use their services, too. more

The people at Ray's Auto Body have just been very courteous. They do all of my auto body work and everything always comes out looking good. They're polite and they're quick. The cost is reasonable as well. We've been going there for the past thirty years. They have always done a good job for us and we will always go back. more

Very good experience. 11/19/2013

Ray's Auto Body actually came to my house to look at my car. They were speedy getting it back to me and the car looked new when it was finished. It didn't even look like it had been in an accident, which is the way it should be. The payment was quick and easy, plus they were friendly and very professional. This was my second time using their shop. They did a good job the first time and I was very happy the second time as well. more

Easy, efficient and well done! 11/18/2013

I use Rays Auto Body because they do an excellent job. I have been rear-ended three times, so I've taken my car to them three times. They seem to have wonderful relationships with the insurance companies. It makes it effortless to use them, and they do a great job. They are very easy to communicate with. They are accessible and calm about everything. They are purposeful in everything they do. There's not a lot of wasted energy, which is what you want when your car needs fixing. The only thing is they don't have a facility to rent a car at their location, which means you have to maneuver around to get a car rental. Otherwise they are wonderful, and everything has gone smoothly when I have used them. more

Trustworthy and reliable. 11/15/2013

Ray's Auto Body did exactly what they said they were going to do to my car. It was even done before scheduled. They were very upfront and willing to help. They were fixing the front end bumper; I had got into a little accident. I've taken cars there before. Steve is a family friend. From the first point of contact, they're very courteous and friendly. They're as honest and upfront as possible. The repairs turned out well. It's a good company; you can trust them. more

Ray's Auto Body replaced a tailgate on my truck that had been damaged. The work was excellent and the timeliness was just what I needed. I have almost a personal relationship with Steve. Over the years he's done all of the body work on my vehicles. I enjoy talking with him. We talk about things other than fixing vehicles. It's a pleasant atmosphere. I would be very surprised if anybody was not pleased with the work done down at Ray's Auto Body. more

Honest company to work with. 5/3/2013

Ray's Auto Body was faster than promised. They helped me out a couple of times. Once when I hit a deer with my truck and once with another accident. But my truck is as good as new. They are great honest people. more
