GREAT SERVICE 1/28/2010

I needed soft water in my new home and didn't want the problems I had previously. My neighbor suggested Rayne. When I called, they answered my questions, set an appointment and within 3 days I had my soft water! The plumber was neat & friendly. They didn't try to sell me something more expensive once they arrived & I don't have added fees each month for deliveries like before. I've been very happy with my new home and Rayne for 2 years. Pros: Quick response/no hidden fees more

Terrible customer service! 10/1/2009

The customer service here is awful. The lady on the phone was rude and mean. The service is overpiced, $40 per month for water softening and that's only for a family of 3. Totally not worth it, we've cancelled the service and going to look for other options. Pros: n/a Cons: bad customer service and overpriced more
