Wonderful car care service! I only recommend this place! They have been family owned and operated for 50 years plus! They have done all sorts of services for my vehicle. They do the nitty gritty jobs that some places turn down. Their prices are magnificent, they saved me over $1000 from what the dealer wanted to charge! I would never take my car to the dealer, they are all rip offs. I have been going to Rayco in Eatontown for over 20 years! I just had a full tune up done there, it was perfect. Whenever you need work on your vehicle, go to Rayco, THEY ARE THE BEST! more

I have only had great experiences with them. They tell it to you straight with no BS. Prices are fair. I like that they are family owned and they don't look to rip you off like the franchises do. You don't feel like you're a number when you're there. You can actually deal with a real person who makes decisions. more

HORRIBLE!! I called about used tires. was given a price of $40 each for a set of matching 4. Not a bad deal. When I got their they were already ""sold"". Charged me $55 each because they were a matching pair. 3 1/2 miles later after coming out of a karate class one was flat. Called up and they said it was my fault nothing they could do. Took the tire back and they told me they would fix it up. I wound up with a totally different tire that was balder than me. They never even told me they switched tires. I just happened to look. It's sad. Jakes grandfather was inside and was so nice to my kids while we waited. Thought I had finally found a great place to have repairs done even if I had to travel 25 miles up the parkway. WAS I WRONG. GO Someplace else. more

quality work, reasonable prices, outstanding customer service. fast service as well. fixed my car at the 60k recommended tune up. Jacob is so nice! Grandpa is the best! Steve was really polite as well. Showed me exactly what was wrong with my brakes without upselling me. it was just the pads, but important because i thought all the brakes had to be fixed. then the muffler was repaired as well. nice ethical family. there is a reason why they've been in business for over 50 years! more

amazing service. good prices. quick. reliable. trustworthy.\r \r steve the owner knows what hes doing. jake the manager is even more amazing. family business and truly care about your safety.\r \r they show you exactly what is wrong with your car on the computer and then physically show you what is wrong and why. they dont lie. thats how i found them. for a 2nd opinion from the dealer.....\r \r they dont make stuff up. they fixed my breaks stopped 2 leaks, repaired my head gascat (spelling), &timing belt. they turned my 11 year old car into 1 years old and ive been a loyal fan ever since...\r \r sometimes they have deals with brakes and also sell used tires for cheap so you can always have a spare instead of a donut. i bought my spare for $25. used it for 3 months now. cool :) more

Rayco should be Robco 4/11/2012

I was almost legally robbed by this gypsy outlet. They were saying my car needed all these things and it did not. I used to fix cars before moving on to the IT world. You are better off going to Pep Boys, it's a lot classier. When I called the shop, the nut owner lied and said he was on vacation and never heard of me. more

Terrible Service!!!! 2/1/2012

This shop has a terrible service department. I had to come back 4 times to fix the same issue. Nothing is ever there fault. Service manager needs to be kicked out!!! more

Rayco thnks they are great 1/2/2012

I read reviews saying that rayco was great so I thought I would give them a try. They replaced many unecessary parts until they found the right part. Thousands of dollars later I'm sorry I did that. The part it really needed was a 19 dollar thermastate I bought at Auto Zone. Rayco denied any wrong doing and refused to give me the money back. A bunch of airholes. more

Worst mechanic ever! 12/19/2011

my mother needed a gas cap and these guys demanded cash, ordered it and put it and charged an hour labor $100. couldnt have been worse!! thanks guys.. i do not bring businees there from now on.. and so will everyone i know. more

I like jiffy lube, they are so nice, friendly. Rayco was nasty and made me wait because it was only an oil change. They lost my future business. They were laughing at us because we are black. I heard him say ""f"" those ""ni**gers. more

I have been using Rayco for 25 years. They have been gracious, honest, and helpful whenever we needed their services. Joe and Steven are honest hard working people. Our church does not approve of rayco. 12/13/2011

We church goers do not like anything that the Rayco family does. I had my car towed from a place. Steve & his illegal mexicans looked at it, broke my cross and told me I needed new brakes, muffler, fuel pump, battery, spark plugs, exhaust, starter and alternator when all it really needed was air in the tires and nuts tightened up. Air is supposed to be free. God will punish you bad people for not following Christ's ways. My church is scared of you and how you broke our bus. more

I had my car towed from a place that said it needed a lot of work.Steve & his crew looked at it & tightened the battery terminal& Praise Jesus it started.The mechanic checked it out & its been fine ever since.Bless you steve & his mechanics.He gave a nice donation to the church ,too more
