Worst

I called for an appt. 10 15 AM was ther on time. I left at 11 25 AM, one hour and 10 minutes later. THAT'S A LONG TIME FOR AN OIL LUBE AND FILTER, ESPECIALLY WITH AN APPT.

Service was great, but no follow up call when part received 7/13/2016

I needed a new latch ordered for my car door and was told that it should be in the following week, but never received a phone call alerting me that the part was in. Life gets busy so I forgot to follow up, and now feel it's on me to contact the service dept. It would have been nice to receive a follow-up phone call. more

I love these people they have taken care of my car since I bought it in 2007 & it is still a good car everyone has been very nice to me & i sometimes take my grandchildren wouldn't take it any where else. more

Ray Skillman Southside Hyundai is absolutely the best dealer in Indiana 1/5/2016

What I like best is they really care about what I want. That started with Kevin in sales and finance and has followed through to each of my 3 maintenance services. They send me e-mails to remind me it's time for preventive service. The prices for all my services is cheaper than any other place I take my cars. I always thought it was a rip-off to take your car to the dealer but Ray Skillman proved me wrong. I doubt if I will ever buy another car from anyone else. more
