Worst

I called for an appt. 10 15 AM was ther on time. I left at 11 25 AM, one hour and 10 minutes later. THAT'S A LONG TIME FOR AN OIL LUBE AND FILTER, ESPECIALLY WITH AN APPT.

Our recent Genesis purchase 10/30/2015

The car is really great. The staff was helpful and patient while we decided. I feel I got a terrific deal. They made spending ALL that money almost painless. This is the second Genesis we have bought there. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car. more

I generally use dealerships for service until my warranty expires. I have purchased 3 vehicles from Ray Skillman and have used them exclusively for my service. Service has always been timely and efficient. If I need a loaner, they give me one. Tony May always keeps me informed of anything out of the ordinary. I am very happy with this dealership. more

Quick service - recall 9/29/2015

I didn't have to wait too long for the service dept. to fix the recall on my car. Their lounge is very comfy and they offer free beverages. My only issue is when the service manager says it's going to be a few minutes longer, as they are running it through the car wash - to notice after returning home that it never was... disappointing. more

Wonderful but waiting for the results since Wednesday 9/28/2015

They thought I am original owner of this car. No, I am second owner with extended warranty. They supposed to fix parts. I am still waiting to hear from them because they supposed to hear from auto guard. I am not going to pay for other parts when my Milages are expiring soon. I work every day when I drive 30 miles back and forth. 99.913. I am still waiting for them to return my call. Nervous.. They should offer a little extended warranty since I haven't heard. Hey said they fax it to auto guard. more
