Ray O. Cook has visited us for repair as well as our semi-yearly HVAC inspections for the last couple of years. What a pleasure! Every technician has been polite, neat and very informative. Spring time A/C ccheck 3/4/2016

Rob was on time.He did the check on the A/C fire alarms and changed the filters. Every thing was done quickly and efficiently. Should be good for the summer more

Service Visit 12/17/2015

Steve Brown conducted this service visit. He was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He discussed his findings in detail, explaining what each measurement meant He alerted me to potential future problems, what signs to look for, and what to do. Very useful information, very competent service representative. I renewed my service contract. more
