Ray O. Cook Heating & Air

Moved to Roseville two years ago. Had a problem with are A/C last summer. Just received a flyer from Ray O. Cook. They sent out a Technician by the name of Sonny O. He checked the system out found a defective Capacitor that he replaced. A/C ran all summer with no problems. Since then I joined the Cook Club. What I like about Sonny is he explains everything to you. Doesn't try to sell you something you don't need. I feel very lucky to have Sonny as my Technician. Sonny has been out to are house three times . When it's time for are Heating and Air checkup I always ask for Sonny. more

They all wear uniforms and shoe covers, and are just really nice people. Ryan is no exception. He was punctual, personable, paid attention to detail, and informative. This job has called for several People to be involved from the begging to end. From the estimate to the financing to the pre check off the system before installation then 3 men showed up to do the installation and another gentlemen to check their work. So thank you to all involved in this home project. Normally I don’t write reviews but I am really Impressed that with all the people involved each one has been well experienced and professional as well as thorough. It’s been refreshing to say the least. This is our first home and first time replacing a system so we weren’t sure what to expect. We have had a great experience and it really just made me want to post a review to give them credit they deserve and to help anyone out there like us looking to find the right company to go with that Ray O. Cool is a great company. We also got estimate from Sierra pacific and Bell Brothers. We had Ray O. Cook come fix a valve on our a/c when it went out during the summer. We also had signed for the 1 year heating and a/c maintenance with Ray O. Cook. We moved in and purchased our home last year our system was originally installed in 1994 when the house was built We knew we needed a new system but of course money we put it off. This is a two day job. They made sure we had heat before they left on day 1. it is January and cold so that is important to us. They answered more questions then they needed to. They cleaned up very well it also started raining they didn’t track a bunch off dirt in. On every level they were great and I just can’t say enough. Ray O. Cook is hiring awesome people that appear to be happy with their job. I just wanted to give a shout out and acknowledge everyone from start to finish. more

Ray O. Cook's service technician, Sonny, came out to perform the fall maintenance on our heat system. He knows these systems well and checked everything very thouroughly. He was very polite and explained everything that he was doing. We would not hesitate to request Sonny for the next service on our system. more

Steve was our service technician, and he came within the first 15 minutes of the two hour window we were given. He was friendly, courteous, and above all, good at his job. Diagnosed the problem right away, then completed a diagnostic to verify. Completed the repairs quickly and left our A/C system running better than it's ever been. more

Very nice man. He did a good job of the service although I'm not happy with the additional work he thinks I need to have done to maintain the AC. I believe all companies try to get you to buy more than you actually need. more

Ryan was very thorough and explained his work carefully. His service and work on my system was excellent. I do have one comment. Some of the problems that Ryan found this time, that are going to require a totally new system, should have been found during the previous service call. more
