I bought a used car here and after an initial problem, I was happy to find that they stood behind their sale and it ended up being a good experience. The initial problem was a miscommunication between service and sales but they went out of their way to resolve it for me. more

Both David and JP were really great to work with when purchasing our 2008 Honday Pilot. David went over in detail with us the cars and the options included. JP worked with me back and forth by phone in finding the best Pilot that fit our needs and our budget. We love the car and the leather install and service department was great as well. We will recommend this dealership and both David and JP to anyone we know looking for a Honda. Thank you!!!! more

An extra plus for this dealership is that they have a courtesy shuttle drop-off 1/3/2011

an extra plus for this dealership is that they have a courtesy shuttle drop-off within a 10 mile radius. i only had to wait about 10 min for the shuttle but in the waiting room they provide complimentary water, coffee or tea plus there's a nice plasma tv to pass the time. the shuttle driver drops you off exactly where you need to be...the only drawback is that you are sitting in the shuttle with others and depending on where they need to go, you might be the last drop off of the round (luckily i was first). it would be nice to have a pick-up service, but i'll settle with drop-off only. more

I would recommend your dealership 12/29/2010

Ceasar was awesome, very nice, professional, not high pressure. We did have to wait a long time to see the finance person, and I was buying cash, so that was a little frustrating, but over all I love my car and I would recommend your dealership to friends and family. Thank you. more

i know some people think that taking your car to the dealership is a big rip off and yes i did pay quite a bit for my maintenance...but i figure i'd rather pay for someone i can trust where they work on my type of car daily. overall, my car is driving well and the service department was super efficient. they even had my car done 2 hours before they originally quoted. even if i'm a 20-something girl with no knowledge about cars...i didnt feel ripped off with my service. i have no complaints and i even got car wash included in my servicing :) more

I like the fact I always get in and out fast. 12/21/2010

I got a great deal on my car and have found that the Service Manager, John Rathman is quite knowledgeable, very fair, and personable. Their prices are much lower than other dealers, and I like the new building and its amenities. I see a lot of people have given bad reviews, so I thought I would post this and say for OVER FIFTEEN YEARS I have had great service at Fladeboe Honda. With my civic hybrid there has been recalls, and several warranty items that have been replaced, and again, I never had an issue. The people there are very nice, personable, and they take care of you quickly. They wash you car and always call when it is done...I have not had this experience at the other Honda dealers in the area. I will always go there. People remember you, its nice, and I like the fact I always get in and out fast. more
