I got a great deal on my car and have found that the Service Manager, John Rathman is quite knowledgeable, very fair, and personable. Their prices are much lower than other dealers, and I like the new building and its amenities. I see a lot of people have given bad reviews, so I thought I would post this and say for OVER FIFTEEN YEARS I have had great service at Fladeboe Honda. With my civic hybrid there has been recalls, and several warranty items that have been replaced, and again, I never had an issue. The people there are very nice, personable, and they take care of you quickly. They wash you car and always call when it is done...I have not had this experience at the other Honda dealers in the area. I will always go there. People remember you, its nice, and I like the fact I always get in and out fast.
