This is NOT the place for your disabled nonverbal loved one, especially the ACCESS day program. Our loved one attended there and had a Rauch employee for an aide that did not have a degree, special or extended education or many years of training. I believe she was a excashier from Kmart. But yet she was ""qualified"" to work with our severely disabled nonverbal loved one. It was a disaster. Also when ""incidents"" ""accidents"" or something goes wrong there, the higher ups like to cover it up. BEWARE of this place.
