I have known Bobby, the manager/owner for a number of years. He is the most honest and direct mechanic Ive ever dealt with. Doesn't try to see you something you don't need....and he keeps my cars running great!!! I tell everyone I know to take their auto issues to Rattle & Hum more

I just needed a vehicle inspection, so I stopped in because it was near my house. He said 15 minutes, and I'm not sure it took that long. The waiting room was clean, and I love the name! I will check with them again if I need vehicle maintenance. more

I LOVE Rattle and Hum automotive. The staff are polite and helpful. They are knowledgeable. What they quote for repairs is what I pay. I haven't had any surprises. And....the work is good. I have never had to bring my car back after they have fixed a problem. They make me feel that they are trustworthy. more

My first visit was a year ago and I finally got the correct diagnosis for my car. Things were explained and recommendations made. Did not feel taken advantage of and the cost was affordable! Thank you! more

Professionally operated repair shop. 6/13/2014

Good communication with the shop staff. Returned calls promptly and provided all necessary information. Clean well kept facility. Work completed promptly. Too soon to determine the quality of the repair, because the vehicle has not yet been picked up. I am from PA and delivered the Jeep to NC as a gift to my grandson. Price for work done was high compared to quote received in PA. more
