Blew out a tire on the interstate near Rattle + Hum, which luckily is near my work. I was pretty upset when I called them. They sent a guy out to change to my spare; he drove it over there; and I got a new (matching) tire the same day, plus a needed oil change. Very convenient, friendly, and trustworthy. As a single woman, it's hard to find a automotive team that you trust, can come through in a pinch and help with logistics. R+H did all of this PLUS were budget-friendly.
