This place was horrible!! the receptionist was extremely rude , they tried to charge me for work that had not been done, tried to charge me when insurance was supposed to cover--just a mess. Now, the dentist and the dental assistants we dealt with were very polite and very gentle with my son-no complaints there. When it came time to check out after our first visit, the receptionist was obviously on a personal call she had no intentions of finishing in order to help me. I waited for a good 5 minutes , just standing there while she flashed me dirty looks and rolled her eyes. She finally turned her head, put the phone to the side and asked me what I needed. I told her I needed to check out. She then , sighs, rolls her eyes and shakes her head saying "There is no charge". That was it, she turned around and began talking again. At another visit , I had more problems with the same woman. The charges were wrong, too high for my level of insurance coverage and so on. While i was in the waiting area for that particular visit, I watched as the receptionist was continually rude with other patients. Just a real mess. I never went back and never will. It's unfortunate that the owners of the practice haven't replaced her...they do good work and are great with the kids, but patients should not have to deal with rude staff that obviously are not suited to work with the public. more
