My daughter's cavities 7/29/2011

As a mother of a 5 year old who had her first 2 cavities filled the other day, I have to say I am relieved it went so well. My daughter said it didn't hurt at all. She was a great patient and I couldn't be happier with my choice for a dentist. The dentist's provide excellent care and the staff is wonderful. more

Long wait 7/25/2011

I checked in at 8:55 am, was told I would be taken back shortly. I did not go back until 9:25 am. I was the first one there. Once on the chair, the experience was pleasant. more

Never had an issue in the past in the 15 plus years until now... 7/25/2011

The dentist never explained to me that TWO fillings were getting replaced at my initial cleaning appt. She never explained anything after her checkup. Lori the hygienist had to explain. Dr Lafrenz was ALWAYS very informative of what was going to happen and step by step during the procedure. The chair side manner was not good with assistant or dentist at this visit. I was squirted with water a few times. No breaks to breathe until I almost closed my mouth on the drill because I had to keep swallowing on the air and water during procedure (since it was going directly down my throat). I have Requested Dr. Lafrenz and Lori for all future visits. Never had issues in the past. more

I LOVE the idea of communicating by email. Great service - had my teeth cleaned by Laurie last week - great experience. Loved the way she let me "choose" the kind of toothpaste, toothbrush, floss as opposed to gifting me with "her" choices. Great job everyone ! Thanks more

Dental Checkup 7/15/2011

Even though I had a couple of cavities it was a good experience talking with the hygienist about caring for my teeth as I get older. Just a note about my Mom, I brought my Mom with me for a checkup and she really felt comfortable and had a great checkup. She also mentioned that she has never had such a good cleaning and and she is 94 years old! more

Crown work I hD 7/13/2011

I am not a very good patient. I am in fear and have anxiety attacks just thinking the worst thoughts like a nerve will be touched or just dreading the drill completely! But, I should know by now that I have never experience any of those things because of Dr. LaFrenze and his gentleness and his understanding of how I am! He is the most caring dentist I have ever had and I am very fortunate to have him as my dentist for over 9 years! I am also grateful for his patience with me! I also need to say, his entire staff is a good reflection on him as well and deserve 5 stars also! more

Appointment 6/29/2011

As Always, My experience with everyone at the office was the best. From the receptionist to Dr. Swamy, Everything was very professional and I was at ease with all that was done. Dr. Swamy is a magician with Novacane as I never feel a thing (which is a GOOD thing). Thank you again for a very pleasant experience more

I was recently in for my cleaning with Jenny and as always the staff at this dental office was fabulous! From the warm smiles that greeted me to Jenny's gentle touch I felt very confident that I was recieving excellent dental care.
