Review content:
The dentist never explained to me that TWO fillings were getting replaced at my initial cleaning appt. She never explained anything after her checkup. Lori the hygienist had to explain. Dr Lafrenz was ALWAYS very informative of what was going to happen and step by step during the procedure. The chair side manner was not good with assistant or dentist at this visit. I was squirted with water a few times. No breaks to breathe until I almost closed my mouth on the drill because I had to keep swallowing on the air and water during procedure (since it was going directly down my throat). I have Requested Dr. Lafrenz and Lori for all future visits. Never had issues in the past.
