I like to go into the Rare Pair just to browse; their shoe selection is fantastic. It is also rather pricy, which is why I browse instead of buying. It is a good way to make sure my aunt comes to visit me from the Twin Cities though. She is a shoe fanatic and stops by the Rare Pair every time she comes to Northfield (as if there weren't enough options in Minneapolis anyway). more

shoes to make you drool... 8/19/2005

The shoes at The Rare Pair are overpriced, yet incredible. Whenever I want to drool over things I can’t afford I go into this shop…and once every couple years when I want to buy a really quality pair of shoes, I also make my way to this corner store. Their selection is trendy yet timeless and they carry the best brands. Not to mention, their selection of jewelry is also fun and unique. more
