I took my vehicle into the La Mesa branch of Rapid Transmission to have a code that came up during a routine inspection checked out for a trans celluloid when they checked out my...

I had my Volvo S80 rebuilt at LaMesa Ca. So far it is doing good. 4/30/2011

Mark Saxton came out immediately when I drove into the shop. I was ready to give the car away. Mark was very kind and explained what they would do and the time span that it would take. He called me back as promised and answered all my questions(there were many)on what had to be done. The Volvo was fixed and even washed. I really appreciate the excellent service. more

Great Service - Great Experience 4/22/2011

The transmission on my truck locked up after a long drive. I posted my problem on Facebook and Mark Raines responded. He offered to check it personally. We called the La Mesa location and Mark Saxton arranged a tow. Turns out the transmission was dry and the internals were welded together. They rebuilt the transmission and replaced the clutch which was worn to the rivets. The truck was finished when promised and the price was unbelievably affordable. I highly recommend Rapid Transmissions for any work you may need. more

Wonderful - Follow-up 3/9/2011

Rapid Transmission's did what Jim promised and, I did not even need a transmission, they found a electricial problem that was repaired and corrected my problem. Thank You Rapid and Thank You Jim. more

Knowledge and Service 3/2/2011

When I first started having problems with my 08 Ford Pickup I was concerned about the price and the type of repairs I would need since I tow Off Road and do not want to have problems. I found most shops will not warranty services done on preformance or offroad trucks well, Rapid does and that was the difference maker. When I arrived at Rapid on Convoy the were very knowledgable with the nessary upgrades that were required, they explained every upgrade and gave me the decision making power to do what I could afford. I am very happy with the service recived and would return again for any needs I may have in the future. more

I was on my way to the desert, and my truck layed down, i called up rapid and a nice guy named chad helped me out alot, he told me all the step and got me in rightaway,i was pleased with the price of the repair very reasonable, and good quality, i recommned these guy to anyone that has transmission issues. more

I had no problems with Rapid Transmissions. I took my truck in there, they checked it out, and they called me to tell me exactly what was wrong. They also gave me a couple of options. They said they would get right on it, and they did. They got it back to me right away, and I didn't have any problems with it at all. They want me to bring it back in a week or so just to have it checked out and adjusted, but so far it has been fine. They treat their customers right, take care of it, and do a good job. more

Great service at a great price 11/15/2010

Had a problem with my 2007 Ford Focus no other shop could tell me what it would take to fix it, Mark at Rapid not only checked it for free he told me what we needed to do to fix it. The repairs were completed as promised and everything works perfect. more
