I would give Rapid way more stars if I could. I've had to go to a few times for my junky car and they took care of me every time. They're honest and won't try to rip you off. The price matches the estimates and they're always on time. more

Great service, good, honest people, timely work. Everything you could honestly ask for in an auto shop. Only place I fix my cars at and only place I recommend my friends and family to. Kudos! more

Rapid Transmission is excellent! They provided excellent service and the price was very fair! Definitely they deserve 5 stars at least! Before I have my car fixed, I always worry about that I will be over charged because I have no experience about it. After I came to Rapid Transmission, I found out that they are not that kind of shop, they explain to me very patiently and did an excellent job without overcharging me! So I would highly recommend this auto shop to you!!! more

Excellent service 8/31/2011

I came in to get my transmission checked out and they were able to diagnose the problem right away. I felt that they're an honest business and I appreciate that they communicated with me throughout the whole process. more

i wish there an option for zero star. well like im studying in marketing and stuff lets give the word of mouth and i hope is not difame but a reality. me knowing that my car has its trouble and being young and not knowing much and being concern for my safety i did fall in this man's ""faulty advice"" giving the example that my problem was so much that i would be stranded and be pushing my car if it turn off. sadly me and my mother have to pay if off, wanting to charge about 3000 for repairs and parts that is insane, i learned a lesson and you know i have to bless, but believe me My God almighty has seen this and knows of this, because i no way i insulted that man or anything but that man enjoys injustice. i really do feel that he doesnt know much of this business aha, just charging so much... that is unfair. it happened, yep. more
