Very friendly 5/13/2013

I recently took my Toyota Tacoma to Rapid Transmissions of Escondido due to a leak and problem with hard shifting they fixed the leak right away but the hard shifting would not occur as it would only do it at certain times. The technician was able to figure out what was causing the problem was able to duplicate the hard shifting and repair it. Now it shifts very smoothly. Thank you very much for the expertise and knowledge of the mechanics at Rapid Also Manager Mike is excellent people person and very friendly. more

From the moment I walked in to Rapid Transmissions Escondido, the team made me feel that my car and my safety were of value to them. They explained just what was wrong with my Sienna, how much time it would take to fix, and helped me to build my confidence in talking about, and signing on to, getting work done on my car as things arise from time to time. After putting my family's Sienna in the hands of Michelle, Mike and Doctor Dave (well, that's what I'm going to call him from now on), my car rides smoothly and quietly, and got me from San Diego to Berkeley, and back, like a good Sienna should. My other car guy is now my ex-car guy. Service and integrity are everything. more
