He is great when he is trying to get your business but once he does he gets insulted if you demand what you paid for. I would not recommend him. He gives you the estimate and you will never see him again. He does not supervise the job. Will not provide you the warranty for the materials he uses. BEWARE and use at your own risk. I was given a very unproffesional pressure filled estimate. Half the time he talked bad about other roofers. The products he offered were not as good as other estimates. I didnt get any samples. I thought this was a great price on the roof replacement. It turned to be out a lot more than he estimated. I have had to have them come out three different times to repair it and every time it was hard to get them out quickly. Ive been finding nails in my yard ever since. This company has shown the best results in town for roofing construction and repair's. I myself was very impressed having worked in the roofing business for 15 years prior to my new career. Both Randy and his employees were very professional and timely with both contracts, unlike other companies i have dealt with in the past. If this company does work on your property you would not only be liable for employing illegal immigrants, it would open you up to possibly severe personal injury liability if one of them were injured while working on your property. The owner of the company personally measured my house, gave me an estimate, and answered all my questions in terms that I could understand. The job was done in the time frame we discussed and the crew were all very hardworking and courteous. When the job was completed I was very pleased at how well they cleaned the ground and left the job in the same condition as they found it. Overall this was a pleasant experience for a job that I have heard nightmare stories about from others that have had to replace their roof. I recomend anyone give them a call for your job.
