Randstad Office & Administration

The people at Randstad are awesome! They are really there for you and they only call you with jobs that are a good fit for your skill set. They are not sending admin people to drive forklifts and vice versa like SOME agencies do. I am working at that one job you get in a lifetime where all the pieces fall into place and life is wonderful. I was hired permanently and start as a perm employee on Sept 10!! Thanks to Kate Heath and Justin and Mike and Marrissa and everyone that made this happen for me!!! more

I would definately recommend Mary at Randstad,, she is wonderful, she took time and patients working with me, i could alway contact her if i needed anything this is my first time going to an agency and i would definately go back to randstad in the future if i needed to because she and everyone in the office there at randstad was helpful and nice. Ross is great as well. Randstad gets 5 thumbs up from me. more

... actually, to be honest... i sort of like this place. Simon and Rachell (sp?) were both very professional and the place they found work for me is too. I would come back to them even if you are employed perhaps they could find you an entry level spot in a different field or something. Not a bad company. Been out of work for several months now and they found work for me very quickly, which gets to be increasingly more important when you have been out for a while. more

I was given a opportunity when I was looking for a job unemployed feeling stressed and uncertain, I had never tried a Temp Agency. randstad downtown phoenix has a gem working with the company name ross ballasardo..he receive my resume looked at the qualifications..set me up on an interview the next morning and by afternoon the company offered me a job...ross was very fast moving and professional..i have never experience such professional fast work .ross is truly a person who really take care of business on his job ...and by the way this is my first experience with a temp agency and ross impressed me very much i will recommend ross from randstad to other people his is truly and genuine good employee and person...go ross more

Honest, upfront & that by far is light years ahead of any other Temp agency in Phx. Oha & they find you career not a YOB. I say swing in and take the opportunity to stop starting a new job every 5 months more

Ranstad and Mary Stewart are fantastic! Aside from being cute and funny, she is also a great representative! She worked very hard to get me employed in my field. Anyone seeking work these days knows how difficult the process can be. Mary Stewart, Justin Hook, and Ryan McKitrick at Randstad have made it better for me. It was obvious from our conversations and the position they presented me that they actually had some understanding of me, my abilities, and goals. The fact that I actually joined City Search and made an account should REALLY speak largely about just how much I just love Mary Stewart @ Randstad Phoenix! I have worked for several staffing companies over the years and I have to say not only did Mary not help me in finding the job I have now (that I am very happy with!) but she has been the most easily available, responsive, and friendly recruiters I can remember working for. As much as I would love to be hired perm where I am now, if I don't I will look forward very much to working with Mary again in the future and you should to!! more

Using Randstad was my first temp agency ever used in my career of 20+ years. I have been very pleased with the serivce Randstad has provided. They are always prompt in returning my calls or emails. Issues are always resolved the first time. I have recommended friends & family looking for employment to use Randstad. more

I have only used a few temp agencies in my life and Randstad is unfortunately one of the most terrible temp agencies I have ever had the displeasure of using. First off their add on careerbuilder was a ruse, yes a lie, as to what the position was and how much it paid. I ended up receiving a clerical position that paid $10.50 an hour while they advertised a data entry position that paid $16 an hour. Even my schedule was a ruse from the original advertisement, yet this apparently is acceptable to them. They didn't seem very keen on informing me of this situation either, nor the workflow status of the company I ended up working for through them. I was laid off after about a month and a half due to low workflow, yet Randstad told me I would be secure in my position for a good six or seven months. Not only do the employees in this company lie to you, they are terrible at customer service when you most need it. More than enough I have been locked out of their time sheet.....yes, time sheet input site because of maintenance issues with their website. The amount of frustration attempting to even contact the employees for assistance is astronomical as they generally don't end up contacting you back, giving you helpful advice or even answering at all. I honestly have to say that Randstad at 3800 N Central Ave. in Phoenix AZ has a lot of work to do when it comes to agency to employee professionalism as well as being upfront and honest with their advertisements. I would have stood for a 2 out of 5 because of their professionalism quality, but because of their false advertising I'm giving this review a 1 out of 5. I do not suggest contacting this company for assistance on anything until they seek new employees or their current employees correct their ability to run the company in an honest manner. more
