I have only used a few temp agencies in my life and Randstad is unfortunately one of the most terrible temp agencies I have ever had the displeasure of using. First off their add on careerbuilder was a ruse, yes a lie, as to what the position was and how much it paid. I ended up receiving a clerical position that paid $10.50 an hour while they advertised a data entry position that paid $16 an hour. Even my schedule was a ruse from the original advertisement, yet this apparently is acceptable to them. They didn't seem very keen on informing me of this situation either, nor the workflow status of the company I ended up working for through them. I was laid off after about a month and a half due to low workflow, yet Randstad told me I would be secure in my position for a good six or seven months.
Not only do the employees in this company lie to you, they are terrible at customer service when you most need it. More than enough I have been locked out of their time sheet.....yes, time sheet input site because of maintenance issues with their website. The amount of frustration attempting to even contact the employees for assistance is astronomical as they generally don't end up contacting you back, giving you helpful advice or even answering at all.
I honestly have to say that Randstad at 3800 N Central Ave. in Phoenix AZ has a lot of work to do when it comes to agency to employee professionalism as well as being upfront and honest with their advertisements.
I would have stood for a 2 out of 5 because of their professionalism quality, but because of their false advertising I'm giving this review a 1 out of 5. I do not suggest contacting this company for assistance on anything until they seek new employees or their current employees correct their ability to run the company in an honest manner.
