Randall's installed a/c units to a new subdivision in '94-'95. We built a house there. Yes units were undersized (but that was a contractor decision), but what was impressive was the response and consideration shown by this company. For example, lightening struck my house & unit after the warranty had expired but Randall's found a way to cover and replace. Many times they quoted a figure and then worked it down 33% or more when we explained we just didn't have the $ as a single income younger family. THEY ARE FANTASTIC. Usually dispatched someone within hours of your call and always did exceptional work! more
