Avoid using Randy Gilbert. He told me it would be $1000 to do my divorce, and halfway through the process he charged another $500 without warning. At first he seemed like he was doing a good job, but when it came down to it he did little to nothing to help things go in my favor. We had talked about not finalizing the divorce until after my youngest daughter was born so that child support wouldn't have to be adjusted later, but then I was told we couldn't delay the divorce. Now that it is final, he wants to charge another $500 to adjust cs. When I called to ask how to get cs adjusted and told Gilbert's receptionist that I was under the impression that adjusting the cs was included in what I had already paid for, I was told to "quit b!tching and moaning."
