I have both looked for a new car at Rancho Grande and had my SUV serviced there. While the salespeople are nice enough, they had less knowledge about the vehicle I was interested in than I did, especially with regard to safety features and the car's LATCH system. As for their service department, all that I can say is that my SUV was never ready on time, and at one point they had to order a part for a factory recall item and were supposed to call me when it came in. They never called and when I called them, they had no record of the order. Fortunately they are not the only game in town and I have since taken my business elsewhere.
