Disappointed Client 1/7/2008

Horrible Service alll around! Did not receive appointments until 1 to 2 months later only to have them call and re-schedule appointment for later date. There is no communication with results of lab test. Lab culture was lost. Pros: Convenient to work Cons: horrible service, too croweded, and wait too long for appointments more

THE OFFICE IS TOO BUSY....SHE HEARDS PATIENTS LIKE CATTLE. HAS NO BED SIDE MANNER OR PERSONAL ATTENTION. SHE CAN'T ANSWER PATIENTS QUESTIONS SHE DOES NOT HAVE THE KNOWLEDGE OR IS JUST LAZY. I FOUND OUT MORE ABOUT MY ILLNESS ON THE INTERNET AND FROM MY LOCAL PHARMACISTS THEN SHE COULD ANSWER. more
