This place is ridiculous & makes small business owners look incompetent. Rafael (the owner), does not have proper business skills. We paid $125 to fix our windshield on 11/26 & when we would drive we would hear & feel air coming through the windshield. We took the vehicle back 11/29 & after they were done ""fixing"" the windshield, my registration sticker (the expensive sticker) was DAMAGED! Not just a little damaged either. I mmediately talked to the owner, Rafael & he stated they don't mess with the stickers & for me to buy another one. I kept on mentioning that it was not like that to begin with & he said they didn't do it & to get tape to fix it. How would I get another one if I already bought this one. This was not my error!! This was their error!!!! I tried reasoning with him but he just walked away & said deal with it! I tried calling him to ask him again to take care of this issue & he said report me & hung up on me! This is crazy! I already notified the Better Business Bureau! This place makes small business owners look incompetent. more

If I could give a zero stars I would. This place is the worst company to still be in business their workers are rude, especially the guy that works the. After receiving a quote which was way to much I left and never return luckily I found a a company that came to me for free same day also offer a lifetime warranty on the workmanship and free mobile service. more

This place is CRAPPY. I took my Honda Civic 2012 to replace the windshield, they did it for 160$. It has a very bad leak ever since. Since there is a warranty, I took it back to them and asked for a repair. They looked at it initially and said it was not coming from the windshield. Later they said they found the leak and fixed it. The leak is still there. I don t know what they did to fix it but I m definitely not taking it back to them. Customer service and repair is BAD as well. more

The two gentlemen gave me a call and arrived promptly when they said they would. The price was exactly as quoted, and they worked in a quick but meticulous manner. I highly recommend them and will utilize their services in the future if the need arises. They offer a life-time warranty on their glass as well, so I feel reassured that the company offers both quality and value. more

Great Job Guys! I have worked with Jordan, Southway and now Northside Ford as a fleet salesman over the last 12 years and have used these folks on many different occassions not only recommending them for my customers who I have sold new and used cars to but also for my personal cars and trucks. I have always called and gotten a price and true to their word they show up at the appointed time and have always done a great job for me and for the customers I have recommended to them. Never heard a complaint nor have I personally had a problem of any kind with the work or the price being different. In fact I have compared prices to several other major companies and have wondered if they have made a mistake in the price they have quoted me, a lot less. They are quick to offer receipt and help after instillation. Their installers have always been courteous and honest. Recommend them highly and will continue to use them in the future. Great job guys! I called to get an estimate on a new windshield, not only was the price right they came out to my home that same day. The two guys that came were rather nice and did a amazing job in a short amount of time. I have no idea what the other reviewer is talking about. They were so nice from the time I called to the time they left. I am a female also but they didn't treat me poorly at all. I totally recommend them 100%! PROS: Their customer service. CONS: Nothing!! more

I went here to get an estimate on fixing a crack in my windshield. They were not at all helpful. Seems they were all to busy talking to othere customers, men! and I guess because I was a woman I had no business being there? I would never go back here again for nothing.
