Exceeded my expectations. The staff is very, very friendly. I'd go so far as to say the friendliest staff I've ever encountered while traveling. Check-in was a breeze and Rose, the front-desk receptionist, is one of the nicest people you will ever meet! The room was very nice, great view, large bathroom, comfy beds. I will agree that the A/C is noisy, but we got it to stay on through the night and it didn't bother us. The housekeeping staff was very attentive more

The pool was nice & warm. We could see it snowing from in the heated pool, gave us a great feeling that we were in the right place! Evening front desk staff was extremely nice & helpful. more

Our room was clean, warm, had a nice view of the downtown. Parking was hassle free, safe and protected from snow. Restaurant was good - we had breakfast Saturday and the buffet brunch Sunday - we had dinner elsewhere, but noted that the bar area looked inviting and well-stocked and the restaurant was busy when we walked by. more

It was a very good price for the room. Received coupon for free breakfast or $3 off menu item so we ordered off the menu. It was very good food and plentiful. Free parking ticket given when we checked in. Very friendly staff and quiet. more

It totally met our expectations. We've used the Priceline hotels several times now and everyone has surpassed our expectations. We have recommended Priceline to several of our friends. Thank you so much. It was very much worth the money. Great experience. more

The Ramada is an older, but clean, comfortable and affordable hotel located in downtown Eau Claire. Free parking in parking ramp with easy, but secure access, to the hotel. Instead of a traditional complimentary breakfast, the Ramada offers a choice of 4 items prepared for you in Porter's restaurant or $3.00 off restaurant menu items. Small pool, but we hadn't planned on swimming. more

Very nice stay! 5/17/2011

Well, to our surprise, is was very pleasant! Upon checkin, was told parking in the lot was free--and so was breakfast the next morning. It was clean. Nice location too, very close to UW-Eau Claire campus and downtown. Very nice stay! more

This is the perfect location 4/26/2011

We recently stayed at the Ramada when we were in town to see a show at the State Theater. This is the perfect location if you want to walk, only a block away, no worries over parking. The room seemed to be updated. The restaurant was very good. Huge portions and not bad in price. The bar was cozy and friendly staff! I would recomment the Ramada to my friends. more

We walked in to the room ,we could not believe how nice the room was and the bed was so comfortable that we wanted to just stay in bed the whole time, but we had a wedding to be in so that was out . We sure did sleep well that night ! more
