This is the 4th time I have stayed here over the last 8 years and have always found the staff to be friendly, courteous and willing to try to help with any issues. I would and have recommended this hotel. A very good value for the money. more

This Comfort Inn is excellent in every aspect of consumer anticipation. The Staff is so welcoming, the rooms are great, and the security is wonderful. We have never had any problem to speak of, and if something did come up, we contacted Rahul and he took care of it immediately. more

Wonderful people. Savannah that works evenings is fantastic and bakes cookies nightly for the guests. Jr Is also fantastic and friendly. We met one of the owners and he drove us to the hospital and back and was very nice and courteous and extremely quick at picking us up with no hassles. The breakfast is fantastic and you get quite an assortment to choose from. The rooms were great. Beds comfy, lots of pillows. Not one problem and we had 4 rooms with all our family staying here. The morning of check out we meet another owner and he also was terrific. Thanked my family for staying there and asked how my brother was doing since we were staying there because my brother was having surgery at Deaconess hospital. He asked if we needed anything at all. Absolutely recommend and would definitely stay there again. more

I took my three year old to stay for a night for something fun to do and was super happy. The whole staff was super nice, great pool and very clean rooms. We also had a great breakfast. We had such a fun time that we booked his 4th bday party there as a pool party! more

Stayed here for a couple nights while visiting family. The front desk was always very friendly. The room was clean and it was a good price. The only downfall was the lack of water pressure from the shower.\r \r Will definitely book again when we return to Spokane. more

I recently made a 7 hour trip to Spokane for a horse show, I called because of the poor reviews on smoking. Due to allergies my traveling partner can?t be around smoke in any way. The lady who answered the phone was extremely courteous and assured me to go ahead and make the reservation and she would find me a room far away from any previous smoking. We arrived almost 4 hours ahead of check in time, and although the woman behind the counter wasn?t exactly ?friendly? she was helpful and able to check us in our room with absolutely no trouble. I was shocked! The room was very clean, a large flat screen TV, ample room size, beds where comfortable and clean, the bedding was amazing, no creepy floral bedspreads from 1970. We ended up staying 3 days and 2 nights, we never had any issues, sure there is only one elevator that?s slow, but there amazing continental breakfast, 24 hour pool and hot tub more than made up for it. For the price I think this hotel deserves better than the ratings it received. more

I found the front desk clerks very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The room was clean and well stocked. The bathroom was interesting with a pedestal sink and a shower that had no walls or tub, just a curtain. The television programming enabled the kids to watch whatever they wanted and it was 'on demand' so each show they chose started at the beginning. The pool was nice a warm and the hot tub wasn't too hot. All was very clean. I also liked the free coffee station that was stocked all the time. Breakfast was provided and the choices were many. The kids had their favorite cereal, I had yogurt and eggs and my husband had waffles. There were several choices for drinks, too. Coffee, tea, juice and milk were all available. more

I always thought that Comfort Inns were ""budget"" hotels only with minimal style, small rooms, but low rates. Well, I got the VERY reasonable rate, but other than that, felt like this hotel is more like a Marriott than a Super 8! The rooms were huge with very nice comforters and furnishings. The lobby is spacious and nice and the pool was fantastic! (No small, dark room that spelled musty like some hotel pool areas). The breakast was also top-notch--everything from make-your-own waffles to scrambled eggs to biscuits and gravy with sausage. And yogurt. And fruit. Definitely glad I stayed here! more

If you have kids, this is a wonderful place to stay because they have a very nice indoor heated pool and hot tub. The hotel rates are very affordable and the location is close to Gonzaga and downtown.\r There is a nice view of the city from the upper floors. The breakfast includes hot waffles with strawberries, boiled eggs, gravy and biscuits, juices, coffee, cereal, etc. When we were there breakfast got a bit crowded, so try to get to breakfast early. Over all, this a a great value for the money and has one of the best hotel pools that we've ever been in! Our whole family spent a long time enjoying the pool and hot tub each day that we were there.\r \r There is a good business computer with internet in the lobby, which made it easy to check one's email. Also, this hotel had a nice feature-- microwaveable goodies were available at the front desk to be charged to your room. These were reasonably priced. We enjoyed several bags of hot popcorn in our room as a result. more

This was a nice hotel near downtown. The area isn't the greatest but the hotel is very nice. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful with suggestions of restaurants and attractions in the area. The room was large and comfortable. The free breakfast was great. There were a number of hot entrees available as well as a pancake machine making fresh pancakes. more

This hotel was near to the freeway. Staff were friendly and helpful. Last time I stayed at this hotel it was a Shilo it is close to restaurants. Complaint was no hot water for showers and the bathroom door squeaked. more

I'm retired military and have traveled all over the US staying in all types of hotels and motels. So I think I have a basis for comparison when I say this is one of the best bargains anywhere. Staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast was hot and tastey... If you want an affordable place to spend the night that has a pool for the kids and a gym for you, stay here. more

Nice clean rooms. Warm welcome by Jay & Casse. Internet access is great and strong in all rooms without delay in logging in and stays logged in without interruptions. Lots of parking, Variety of breakfast items, something for everyone. Warm delicious cookies served each evening in the lobby area. more
