Best place I have stayed with wheel chair accessible. Personnel saw to our needs (which are many). Friendly, hospitable, and helpful. The room was always clean. more

We were really impressed with the overall facility. The pool was a very welcome relaxing experience; the room we had was fabulous and quiet; breakfast was better than we expected, and the staff was outstanding and helped us find everything we needed to take care of and what to see while we were in Spokane. more

We had a lovely time and were very pleased with this place. Ladies on reception very helpful. Courtesy bus driver more than happy to drive us around so we could bar hop. House keeper not so good did not even make our beds. Rooms nice. Beds comfortable and breakfast plentiful. more

It's not new, but it was very clean and comfortable. The price was very attractive, and I don't care if the colors are dated - I can't see them when I'm sleeping. Breakfast was simple but very good. The staff were all very cheerful and friendly. We'll be happy to stay here again. more

Not the fanciest of hotels but it is good for the price. Compared to other hotels I've stayed in around the same price range this one is excellent. Service was friendly, breakfast was excellent, room was comfortable and nice more

Good location close to I-90. Nice room, good breakfast, friendly staff. Property was full with sports teams but it was quiet at night. Would have no problem staying again when visiting this area of Spokane. more

We booked this place few hours before checking in and it was one of the cheapest options online. The staff was friendly, room was clean, parking was easy and it was close to the freeway. Another reason we picked to stay here was for its free breakfast - save cost & time. more

World Class, At home feeling, great customer service A+ 11/16/2005

When we first moved to Spokane, our vehicle broke down and had to stay in the Shilo Inn for 2 weeks. It became a home away from home. It was one of the nicest places we ever stayed in. They give you free all you can eat breakfast in the morning and you can also have lunch and dinner there for a reasonable fee. They have a full indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, sauna and exercise room. They even let you bring your pets. We had a dog and cat. They also provide snacks during the day like apples on their counters. We loved this place and our kids always request going back. PROS: Very homey, very professional, friendly staff, good food, accept animals. CONS: none that I can think of. more

The Shilo Inn is conveniently located downtown. And it offers a full service conference area. There is a lounge on the fifth floor that provides a spectacular view of the city. Free breakfast, pool, spa, sauna and fitness center! Reasonalbe rates, great service. more
